Computer-based meeting management is central to the Board’s effectiveness. Directors, who vote floating blocks of shares which vary in number, log in to establish a quorum. Motions are recorded, and votes tabulated for display, through control panels at each Director and staff position. The custom software creates a permanent meeting record, augmenting mandatory audio and video recordings.
	Simple user interfaces and a centralized system encourage creative staff to post their work throughout the space, generating spontaneous dialogue. At the same time, using these evolving technologies helps non-technical staff to better understand their Clients’ products.
